During the ongoing lockdown, people’s general movements have been restricted — be it going to work, shopping or school. People across the world have also started using the video calling
service to communicate with their friends, family and colleagues.
In contrast, the government of India also has a ePrisons service that allows family members to register themselves and book an appointment to visit someone who’s in prison due to some reason. The service also allows users to opt for a video conferencing, giving people the option to stay at home and talk to their relatives in Prison.
Here we have specified the step-by-step guide on how anyone can book an appointment using ePrisons portal for video conferencing.
- Google Chrome or Internet explorer web browser
