NEW DELHI: Oppo has launched its latest A-series smartphone in Indonesia. Dubbed Oppo A54, the smartphone is the successor of the last year launched Oppo A53. Oppo A54 features a triple rear camera setup and is backed by 5,000 mAh battery. The smartphone runs Android 10 and sports an HD+ display.

The company has priced the Oppo A54 at IDR 2,695,000 (Rs 13,600). The customers can purchase the smartphone in Crystal Black and Starry Blue colour options. The device is listed online on Lazada Indonesia and the company has not yet revealed its availability details.

Oppo A54 specifications
Oppo A54 comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 4GB RAM. The smartphone offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by installing a microSD card. The budget smartphone sports a 6.51-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display offers a 60Hz refresh rate and 89.2 percent screen to body ratio.

Oppo A54 runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own ColorOS 7.2. The smartphone offers dual SIM support and comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The smartphone also comes with IPX4 rating which makes it water-resistant.

Oppo A54 sports a triple rear camera which comprises 13MP main sensor, 2MP macro sensor and 2MP tertiary sensor for bokeh shots. The handset also offers a 16MP front camera for selfies.

The smartphone houses a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The smartphone also comes with an Optimised Overnight Charging feature which claims to adjust the charging according to sleeping hours to prevent overcharging.
